The annual MANDATORY RULES CLINIC is at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 14, at First Presbyterian Church Hall, 1340 Murchison. This clinic is free to all members in good standing.
If you cannot make the Oct. 14 clinic, we will have two make-up sessions – 6 p.m., Monday, Oct. 26 and on Monday, Nov. 2 AFTER OUR REGULAR CHAPTER MEETING.
NOTE: There will be a $25 charge for the makeup clinic, to be paid on that day. NO EXCEPTIONS. If paying by square, there will be a $5 service fee added.

Those members who have not paid local or state dues, taken their tests or registered on RefTown will be put on inactive status.
State tests are available at hsboa.arbitersports.com. Please take them before the season begins or you will not be assigned games!
During its summer retreat, the Board voted 6-0 (treasurer Michael Sanchez and D2 Rep. Isaac Hernandez were absent for the vote) for the following:
5E) Assigning eligibility: To be assigned varsity and/or sub-varsity games, officials must have paid state and local dues, taken and passed all three tests and attended the rules clinic to officiate.

Policy 7) To be on the Playoff List an official MUST HAVE PASSED Rules and 3-Officials Exams with 90% or better. Paid Local and State Dues by 1st General Meeting and be in good standing with Chapter requirements.
