This is the official site of the El Paso Basketball Officials Association (EPBOA), a member the Texas High School Basketball Officials Association (THSBOA) which consists of 29 local basketball officiating chapters in Texas with a membership of about 5,300 officials. Each chapter has a representative that sits on the Board of Directors of the THSBOA.
Three of our officials have been selected by the participating coaches to officiate the 5A regional quarterfinal. The match up is Parkland vs. Chapin, 6 p.m., Tuesday at the Don Haskins Center.
The crew selected is Freddie Gilpin, Armando Romero and Christine Ibañez. David Carrasco will serve as the alternate.
