Our chapter has been awarded two regional championship games by the University Interscholastic League.
The crew selected to officiate the 1A Region I girl’s regional final is Freddie Gilpin, Gil Cartagena and Michael Henry.
The game will be at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 25, at the Texan Dome on the campus of South Plains College in Levelland, just outside of Lubbock.
The crew selected to officiate the 5A Region 4 boy’s regional final is Chuck Veliz, Danny Padilla and Nestor Casas.
The game is at 2 p.m. March 4 at Littleton Gym in San Antonio.
The UIL selected these officials based on a list of our chapter’s Top 20 officials (as voted by their peers).
